Dr. Mackenzie Young

Meet Dr. Mackenzie Young, DMD

Dr. Mackenzie Young earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from McGill University, following her Bachelor of Science from the University of Lethbridge.

Originally from Medicine Hat, Alberta, Mackenzie fell in love with the East Kootenays during childhood visits to Fernie, sparking a lifelong passion for the outdoors. As an avid hiker and ultramarathon runner, she thrives on adventure and exploration with her fiancé and their golden aussie.

Since 2017, Dr. Young travels annually to Honduras, providing dental care to underserved rural communities. Mackenzie is committed to improving oral health both locally and globally.

Dr. Young enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and looks forward to meeting new patients.
